Your pies & meals will be sent in insulated polystyrene boxes to ensure they reach you in tip top condition. They will arrive frozen and will need putting straight in the freezer (unless you can’t wait and put them straight in the oven!). Some level of slight defrost may occur on the outside of the pastry but this is normal and your pies won’t be affected.
